Justine Gage

Beaded Jewellery

Unique beaded jewellery influenced by geometric and natural forms. I make a range of bracelets, earrings and necklaces from shaped glass beads. I like to investigate the mathematical possibilities of different forms that can be created by stitching shaped beads together. I also share the fun by teaching beadweaving classes.

Caroline Rutter BSc MSc PhD

Stained Glass , craftwork and sculpture

In 2017 I am celebrating the beauty of the living world with a modern Beastiary, Anteater to Zebra: a Glass Imaginarium. My Angel fish are now in rainbow colours. I am casting re-cycled glass, making light fittings and free-standing abstract work in fused glass,. Real (and imagined) creatures like the phoenix, horses, birds and butterflies emerge life-like crystallised into lingering, shimmering, colourful glass. My memorial work continues with a re-creation of the tribute to the Barnsley Pals at the Sheffield Memorial Wood on the Somme. Window, award and gift commissions taken.
