Alana Dunlevy

Alana is a founder member of ShedArt, having graduated from Reigate College of Art and Design, she has worked for more than 15 years at their studios in Newdigate. Her inspiration is emotionally drawn from her close ties and love of Ireland and places she holds dear and her work is a reflection of the places she has been; Sometimes particular scenes are faithfully reproduced and other times described using her own colour pallet. Alana also enjoys working with animal portraits, and experimenting with colour and uses a camera to capture images to inform her painting.
