Abstraction and lost images/change play an important part of my work. I primarily use oil and experiment with the merging of colours on canvas. I also work with resin as the fluidity and the independence of the medium can create 'happenchance' moments which produce interesting effects and can change unexpectedly and rapidly whilst being worked on. Experimenting with mixed media - combining paint, print and found material to produce , as with my other work, captured moments in time - allows me freedom to explore and develop my artwork.
