Chantelle is a contemporary landscape artist with a background in conceptual graphic design. Her passion for colour and self-exploration through painting inspires meaningful artworks that capture the stories of the natural world. She embodies elements like mountains, sky, water, and movement in the grass. Chantelle feels all these elements are so different, but connected to form a landscape of which we are all part.
Chantelle’s art reflects the beauty of family outings in the Lake District, Cornwall & the Surrey Hills, channeling energy through a vibrant colour palette. She paints with intuition, emotion, and a tactile connection to her materials—favouring palette knives, foliage collected on her walks and even her fingers to create raw, textured, soulful works that explore the emotional and spiritual bond we share with the land.
Chantelle also draws inspiration from Aboriginal dot painting and the idea that all life is connected – we are one.
