Kate Alger is an award-winning artist-printmaker and experienced tutor who lives in Guildford but just a dog walk away from woods, hills and open water. Proficient in many kinds of printmaking, Kate's work is timeless, sensitive and entirely handmade.
Kate regularly teaches at Watts Gallery, hosts 'Coffee, Catch Up & Create' a weekly affordable art-for-wellbeing morning in Guildford, and runs a wide range of art and craft workshops independently.
Kate exhibits all over the UK and accepts corporate and private commissions. She is a member of the Guild of Automotive Artists and was a finalist in the DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year 2024 and 2025.
