I am a potter, teacher and artist with a Fine Art degree. I specialize in creating wheel thrown small batch pottery that is both functional and beautiful. At Parkgate Pottery, I believe that pottery should not only look good, but also serve a purpose. That\'s why I create pieces that can be used every day, while still being unique and individual. My inspiration often comes from the plants and trees that surround the garden studio and experimenting with different glaze combinations, painting on a wax resist then layering up the glazes.
