I grew up sitting beside my mother at the sewing machine. After I had my own children my love for fabric and thread developed. I am largely self taught. My main passion is embroidery - both free motion machine and hand embroidery. I create beautiful items with a vintage look, using both old and new fabrics. I sell locally at artisan markets and have an Etsy shop. For me, \\\'sewing soothes the soul\\\'.
