Sasha Mayes

Bio I love to explore and enjoy nature, seeing cloud shapes in the sky, light inside the wave, pebbles on the beach. I am a physiotherapist and have spent a lifetime healing people with my hands and now I want to make people joyful through my art. Painting is my first love, particularly water and the earth, but ceramics is coming in fast behind as I use wet clay to mould and shape into objects of beauty. Crafting anything left behind means I also get inspired to make jewellery and cards, my little works of art. I am lucky to live in Ham, between Richmond and Kingston, where we have the river Thames, Richmond and Bushy Parks nearby, plus Hamlands, all inspirational for big skies and river views.
