Sharon Goodenough

Sharon is a British fine artist, creating original layered paintings and fine art prints inspired by nature, light, and emotional connection. Her work often incorporates handwritten words and song lyrics embedded into the canvas, adding depth and personal narrative beneath the surface. Largely self-taught, she also worked closely with an artist who introduced her to traditional oil painting techniques inspired by the old masters. Sharon’s creative background spans photography and special effects makeup for editorial and album cover work, and she now paints full-time. Her work has been exhibited across the UK and internationally, featured in Artist & Illustrator Magazine and other publications, and is represented by selected galleries. Through her work, she seeks to evoke calm, connection, and quiet joy.
