Monotype and Monoprinting Workshop

Learn how to ink up a plate and work directly with plants, leaves and flowers. Use the printing press with oil based inks to create some beautiful monotypes. Balance your colours and shapes as you go with this exciting, hands on technique. Next discover monoprinting, focussing on the artist Audubon and his bird images to inspire you. See how you can combine the two printing processes together to produce a terrific outcome. This workshop is accessible to all abilities and ages plus all the necessary materials will be provided.
