Join Ruth for an hour of “getting into your body” and finding joy and freedom through moving your body to uplifting and inspiring music.
Nia is a Somatic Movement practise that combines martial arts, yoga and other healing forms as well as choreographed dance /aerobic moves in one hour.
By moving the 5 stages and the 13 joints and all associated muscle groups in a kind loving way we can tap into “our true selves ”
It is truly an uplifting practise that you just have to try once in your life.
