Join Yoga and Nia Teacher Ruth Wheeler and connect to nature and your creative spirit.
Join Ruth for an hour of “getting into your body” and finding joy and freedom through moving your body to uplifting and inspiring music.
Nia is a Somatic Movement practise that combines martial arts, yoga and other healing forms as well as choreographed dance /aerobic moves in one hour.
By moving the 5 stages and the 13 joints and all associated muscle groups in a kind loving way we can tap into “our true selves ”
It is truly an uplifting practise that you just have to try once in your life.
We will spend half an hour practising yoga and be inspired by our surroundings and the Seasons, tap into your body and your soul through a grounding meditation, stretches to increase your flexibility , flow to increase your mobility and strength.
Bring appropriate clothing, mat ,props and blanket for a relaxing and rejuvenating Relaxation on Shavasana.
Yoga-Nia in the Woods will be available every Friday morning throughout the Summer.
Bring some lunch and stay for an afternoon of getting creative with me in my Creative Arts in the Woods 1-3.30 pm
