A creative yoga practice inspired by our surroundings and the Seasons, tap into your body and your soul through a grounding meditation, stretches to increase your flexibility , flow to increase your mobility and strength.
Bring appropriate clothing, mat ,props and blanket for a relaxing and rejuvenating Relaxation on Shavasana.
Yoga in the Woods will be available every Friday morning throughout the Summer as well other days and times.
Visit our Open Studios in the afternoon and stay on and enjoy an hour of yoga outside by the lakeside or in the woods.
