Sarah Hudson

Painter and Printmaker

I am a contemporary landscape painter and printmaker. I like to experience and transfigure nature's everyday dramas. My passion lies in the vastness of the open landscape and the power of the sea, particularly from an island or peninsula. I frequently visit the St David's peninsula and the Scilly Isles. A stepping off and stepping away. I work in oil, charcoal, ink and watercolour. I also create prints using a variety of media. Monoprinting is a favourite process, combining the expressiveness of painting with the immediacy of printmaking.

Jessica Saraga

Painter / Printmaker

I paint landscapes and figures, in oil, watercolour, ink and charcoal. In printmaking, I enjoy collagraph, linocut, drypoint and monoprint. I like to work in layers and often use prints as a base ground for figure studies, which can lead to unexpected juxtapositions. I exhibit with Croydon Art Society, Kew Printmakers, the Drawing London group and Surrey Figurative Artists.
