My passion for art and exploring different techniques and subjects means you can expect to see work ranging from felt-tip studies of burlesque models to mixed media landscapes, visiting pastel life drawings and animal portraits on the way.

I approach all my work with gusto and a sense of adventure.  I am certainly not put off from trying something new in both style and effect.  For example, you will see my observational studios of everyday fruit and vegetables – it’s not until you study the subject closely do you truly appreciate their complexity and beauty – and it is so satisfying to capture a pet’s personality through their uncomplicated but uncompromising gaze.

Sizes range from a greeting card to 80cm x 100cm on canvass, paper and board (framed and unframed).  Whilst not all my artwork will be on display, please do ask to look at my other works that are easily accessible in the storage chest in the gallery.
