Joanna Lloyd Glass

Joanna’s glass practice is predominately cast glass which entails multiple mould making as well as cold working and polishing. She also makes fused glass. Her work is decorative and functional, including wall hung work, bowls and standing sculptural pieces and glass jewellery. Joanna uses plants, beach combing finds and other found objects to cast in glass.

Joanna also dabbles in printing and painting as devices to develop her glass designs.

After studying glass at UCA in Farnham for a BA and MA Joanna was Artist in Residence. She now practices her craft in her garden studio in Woking. Joanna supplies galleries from Northumberland to Guernsey and Cornwall with her work. She is also one of the artists in the Wisley Gallery at the RHS Wisley Gardens.
