KATE ALGER | JIGSAW – GUILDFORD HIGH STREET

Housed within a historic setting on Guildford’s High Street, Kate Alger’s artwork pays homage to local woodlands, waterways and often-overlooked urban plants. Her portraits of animals – both wild and domestic – are soulful and skilled. Her classic cars are rated amongst some of the UK’s finest automotive artists.

An award-winning contemporary local printmaker, Kate is proficient in a wide range of entirely handmade analogue techniques and disciplines. There will be etchings, monotypes, collagraphs, drypoints, blind embossings, silkscreen prints and more. Kate’s work is tasteful, often monochrome and ranges in size from small (10-20cm) to medium (30-60cm). Works will be available both unframed and professionally framed.
