Maureen Banfield Hamlin

Maureen works in mixed media in the fullest sense. A visit will show her exciting use of many drawing and painting materials, as well as a fully equipped etching studio. She can merge any of these media, as appropriate to the theme, to produce truly fascinating images.

The underlying theme in Maureen’s work is the influence of Time on Nature; the way that layers are deposited in a sedimentary, seemingly random pattern. She has work in private collections in the UK and worldwide.
