Mother, Father, Son at Sandfels Studio – Caroline, David and Will Johns.

Sandfels Studio has been home to the Johns family of artists for 20 years. Working together and separately they have each developed very different imagery and styles. Caroline’s paintings (mother) tell a story which starts with the interaction between characters, places and the spirit of nature. David’s watercolour and acrylic paintings (father) feature shapes and colours in the landscape which evolve into various stages of abstraction. Will’s paintings (son) are bold and expressive images of people, places and experiences that have a life of their own.
