Studio9 Artists Exhibition starts from the 3rd to the 21st of June at the Robert Phillips Gallery. Private Viewing is on Wednesday 3rd June at 7:00pm.
Gallery hours 10:00-4:00 open daily. Demos and art classes can be booked by visiting the artist’s website.

Anthony Shelton: Observation from life is an essential part of Anthony’s work so he paints en plein air as much as he can and in all weather conditions. He regularly takes his oils away with him on his travels throughout Britain & Europe. He participates in plein air events, including the Great Broadway Paint-Off, and has had work accepted into many exhibitions.

Ioanna Namintraporn: Using traditional hand building techniques, loanna works with terracotta clay to create unique designs ranging from pots and plaques to intricate replica shoes and glazed tiles. loanna’s work blends an eclectic mix of influences, including stained glass and batik. She enjoys working in the community and runs regular classes, workshops for all ages, and offers a kiln firing service for ”Pottery at Home” projects.

Jo Thompson: With a love of colour, pattern, creatures and plants, Jo has too many ideas and loves working in 2D, 3D and all mediums; inspired by anything and everything, especially her travels to South America, the Galapagos and Africa. She runs small, relaxed classes and workshops in her garden studio and offers one-to-one tutoring.

Lorelei de Leon-Hopkins: Lorelei is a contemporary artist inspired by the sea, sky and landscape. She paints from her home art studio in Walton on Thames.  Lorelei organises art exhibitions for artists in Surrey. She enjoys walking along the seasides of Cornwall and the River Thames with her dog Coco.

Sandy Easby: Sandy works with a variety of techniques and mediums, On-site sketchbooks and plein air studies serve as starting points, capturing the essence of place and moment. These ideas are then developed in the studio through impulsive, layered processes that emphasize organic growth and experimentation, reflecting my ongoing investigation into the relationship between human existence and the natural world.

Sharon Goodenough: Sharon Goodenough creates nature-inspired paintings that capture fleeting moments of light, sea, and sky, inviting calm and reflection into everyday life. Working mainly in oils, her pieces blend photography and studio exploration to transform memories and emotions into vibrant compositions.

Shilpa Shenoy: Shilpa is a Mandala artist working from her home studio in Twickenham. Her paintings are quiet explorations of colour, reflecting both the natural world and inner experience. Mandalas are symbolic, often circular forms that represent wholeness, balance, and harmony. Inspired by nature’s forms and hues, she layers dots, strokes, and flowing patterns to create works that feel both grounded and ethereal.
