Kat Giannini

Kat Giannini is a painter and illustrator specialising in wildlife and animal commissions. Formally an International Ballroom dancer she uses movement, negative space and attention to detail to help create the beauty she sees in animals and wildlife. She creates her artwork in a variety of mediums using acrylic, pencil and watercolour and paints on anything from canvases to glass. A current favourite is capturing pet portraits and wildlife on ceramic baubles, not only making a perfect Christmas gift but was also included in Nicole Richie’s Etsy Gift guide in 2022. Kat is mostly inspired by British wildlife, particularly birds and bees but generally can’t turn away from any of it. She’s incredibly passionate about the planet and has made fundamental changes to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible.
