Lisa Davies

Hello, my name is Lisa Davies and I am an artist living and working in Surrey, UK. I work in my little studio alongside my companion Winnie, my little West Highland Terrier...or should that be terror!? I love telling a story in each of my paintings and there is pretty much always an element of humour there too, as I do tend to see the funny side in life. I find inspiration in every day simple pleasures....those things we often overlook because of our busy stressful lives....for example, the simple pleasure of putting your washing on the line on the first warm day of spring, or sitting with a cuppa and listening to the birds in your garden. I have exhibited at various contemporary art exhibitions and I am represented by Green Pebble Publishing who sell my work as greetings cards both across the UK and Internationally.
