The art I create celebrates and explores the stunning beauty of our landscapes. Colour plays a vital role in my work and the richness of depth is achieved through using a multi layered, mixed media approach. Often 10+ layers are applied before a piece is completed. Textures are created through a wide variety of different medium plus lots of love meaning the art works encapsulate the true essence of being in the landscape.
Collectors resonate with these passionate, joy-filled paintings and irrespective of the degree of abstraction used to create the piece, they explain ‘it is obviously work by Marion as it celebrates life, love and adventure’.
