Ceramics

Clay is an abundant material with endless possibilities; a complete fascination for my studio work at Clay Cottage, Little Acre. I embrace traditional skills with contemporary digital craft techniques, from hand building, throwing, clay 3D printing to embracing robotic technology. At present I'm researching North Devonshire Harvest Jugs through The Burton at Bideford Museum and Art Gallery, using their wonderful R J Lloyd slipware collection - reimagining the collection through a digital lens until 2022. I'm an educator at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, in the Ceramics and Glass department.
