Reigate College, Art and Design Department

This will be the first time Reigate College has taken part in SAOS. We're excited to be able to share the exceptional talent that's coming out of the College with the broader Surrey art community. We will be displaying works by around 40 Art and Design students with the emphasis on Fine Art. This contemporary exhibition will incorporate a wide variety of mediums and styles, where visitors can expect to feel like they are experiencing life through our students' eyes. We've made the decision to just open for one weekend (2-5pm on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June). We are fortunate to have so many incredibly talented artists coming through the College, and this is a chance for some of them, to share their work with the wider community. See: www.peopleofprint.com and www.etsy.com/shop/Printsthings Chantelle has agreed to run beginners lino print workshops on both 15 and 16 June, from 3pm to 4.30pm, as a way of encouraging more people to get hooked on this intoxicating print-making technique that, after guidance from Chantelle, participants will be be able to continue to experiment with at home.
