‘Free your Creativity with abstract painting and meditation!’

We live in a world which has conditioned us to think it’s a luxury to explore our creative selves. However, this creativity is the source of our wellbeing and abundance. At my workshop, we will do a quick meditation focusing on the senses, then we will be free to do what we want, including collage, messy painting or joomchi (a kind of Korean collage!).

I have a degree in painting (Chelsea, then Kingston) and a life-long love of meditation!
