Jennie Colverd

This eclectic mix of painting and sculptures is the result of a career in Art and Design, teaching Fine Art in high school and adult education. Mostly painting in oil, my main passion is with colour, but recently I have become more interested in the use of shadow to imply the unseen, the ghostly presence. Ceramics have always been part of my working practice, now working in terracotta from life gives wonderful opportunity for investigation of form.
