Rebecca Price

A professional Portrait and Fine Art photographer from Cobham, Surrey, who’s always felt passionate about increasing women’s confidence by helping them feel wonderful about themselves, just the way they are. I’ve had a creative mind for as long as I can remember, from the moment I pressed the shutter of my first film camera when I was 14, I was hooked. My photography teacher was incredibly inspiring and taught me about all the great documentary photographers of our time and that’s when I became fascinated with the stories you can tell through a single image. I landed my first photography job at Elle Magazine shooting fashion stories after I won a national photography competition. Fast forward nearly 20 years and I’m still happiest when I have a camera in my hand. During lockdown when I could no longer photograph my clients, I often took my camera out and began to notice the seemingly small things that brought me joy. These 'glimmers' helped me to remain present and peaceful and ignited my love of abstract nature photography. Rebecca (Portrait and Fine Art Photographer) and Jo (Fine Artist) will be showing their collection of work at Rebecca’s Photography studio in Cobham for the first time. They a have a shared love of colour, texture and movement within nature and create work that evokes feelings of joy, calm and positivity.
