Heart and Home Studios

Emma Fox makes unique jewellery from silver, bronze, copper and gold from my Surrey workshop. Her inspiration comes from places she visits and creatures she meets. Also the interaction between mankind and nature. Statues, beach finds, wildlife, outer space all find there way into her designs. Emma uses precious stones and repurposes vintage buttons as jewels.

Mark Bates is a book binder and printmaker producing hand made note books, journals and sketchbooks, boxes and  lino cut prints and cards. Mark’s work uses bold geometric designs and inspiration from the natural world, using his own hand printed linocut and marbled papers.

Barbara Marshfield works mainly in stone, wood and plaster. Her abstract sculptures explore the rhythms of nature and the interplay between pure form, weight and colour. Her figurative work focuses on the head and shows her interest in the monumental, the mythic and the ancient.
