An exciting exhibition of three local artists and friends.  All of our work is inspired by our gardens, flora and fauna and the natural world around us.

Miranda Kemp is an award winning bookbinder and printmaker, predominantly etchings, made up of multiple aquatint plates.  She also makes dry point and lino prints with inspiration invariably starting in her beautiful Teddingon garden, gathering information from nature, looking at the patterns, shapes, textures and colours.

Sarita Walker has been teaching art for many years, whilst developing her own practice as a painter and printmaker. Exploring the endless possibilities of printmaking in particular reductive lino printing with no preconceived ideas of the outcome. Working with paint and print has given her the opportunity to explore the delights of colour, surface and texture. She develops her work from drawings and takes inspiration from her surroundings. The sea, coast and her garden inform her work.

Camilla Leppard has always loved the medium of photography, and being able to capture a moment, a memory.  With cyanotype printing she has found another kind of magic, using just blue and white to produce subtle and beautiful photograms of flowers and plants exposed using the sun. Completely self taught, using plants and flowers from her garden she creates prints, cards and lampshades (printing on cotton fabric and paper) each one original.
